A typical visit will be much shorter than the previous two, and each visit is as important as the one before it, and the one after. Consider your healing process to be like building a brick wall. Each visit is a brick, and each visit is as important as the others. Healing is a process that takes time and direction.
Visits consist of some discussion, a specific chiropractic examination and an adjustment (we have many different methods of accomplishing this, to accommodate different situations, ages and comfort levels).
We may also follow up the adjustment with therapies if needed. Therapies can consist of pleasant ultrasound, electric muscle stim, heat, ice, vibration-massage, deep muscle work (trigger point therapy) or even a half hour specific massage with one of our well-trained muscle therapists.
Through and through, each visit is an extremely pleasant and effective experience.
